Sleep habit

Over the years, I have had a variety of schedules including waking up very early or working very late into the nights.

I think it is perfectly reasonable that some people are “early birds” and some are “night owls”, and in fact a person can shift during seasons of life.

But from day to day and week to week, I have always found that being consistent with either a bedtime or a wakeup time each day helps my body establish a natural rhythm which is critical to the foundation of health, wellness, productivity and happiness.

Our bodies are amazing machines and the more they are trained to be well, they will be.
